Shipping

Orders placed before 1 pm are shipped same day via USPS. Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. All items are shipped from Goodlettsville, TN. Local delivery & pick up is available. Select the best option at checkout.

Delivery

If you would like your order delivered locally, please be sure that your shipping address is the address where you would like to receive your delivery. There is a $2 delivery fee for delivery within 15 miles of Downtown Nashville. Your order will be delivered to the address provided within 24 hours.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we carry, returns are not accepted unless products are damaged upon receipt. We must be notified within 5 days of postal delivery. Contact us by email at info@nashvilleglamstudio.com or phone at (615) 538-8680 to begin the exchange process. Please obtain photos as soon as possible to help with a smooth claim.
